When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders are shipped via UPS ground delivery service within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has been processed we will provide a UPS tracking number so that you can follow the package’s journey.
All monogram / personalized / custom orders, take longer to make and ship. These orders ship directly from our vendors for the quickest arrival. It can take custom orders between 2 to 6 weeks to ship depending on the item and time of year. Times may vary during peak seasons, such as summer and winter holidays. During these times, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible in order to ensure delivery that meets your needs. Please see the product description for the average production time. Once we have received tracking information from our vendor, we will pass it along to you via email.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a street address at the time of your order.
Can you ship to me, internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, Blue Beetle is only able to ship within the United States.
Do you gift wrap?
We offer the option to gift wrap our in-stock items (excluding all monogram/personalized/custom order items). To do so, please make sure to check the “Add gift wrap?” box during checkout to ensure your item arrives gift wrapped.
Some items are also eligible to include a gift message. Please indicate the gift message you would like included with the order during check out, or email us as soon as possible with instruction at Sales@BlueBeetleNantucket.com.
